- Garden Progress: Your virtual garden growth, plant selections, and customizations
- Wellness Goals: Personal goals, milestones, and achievement tracking
- App Preferences: Notification settings, reminder times, and interface customizations
Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: How you interact with app features and time spent in different sections
- Device Information: iOS version, device model, and app version for compatibility
- Crash Reports: Anonymous technical data to improve app stability
Important:
We do NOT collect your real name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it for support purposes.

- Personalize Experience: Customize the app interface and suggestions based on your preferences
- Send Notifications: Remind you to journal or celebrate milestones (only if enabled)
- Improve the App: Analyze anonymous usage patterns to enhance features and fix bugs

We Never:
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Use your mood data for advertising purposes
- Share your journal entries with anyone
- Access your data without your explicit consent
4. Data Storage & Security
Local Storage
Your mood journal entries and personal data are primarily stored locally on your device. This means your most sensitive information never leaves your iPhone unless you choose to enable iCloud backup.
iCloud Backup (Coming Soon)
If you enable iCloud backup in your device settings, your Vervi data will be securely synchronized across your Apple devices using Apple's end-to-end encryption. We cannot access data stored in your iCloud backup.
Security Measures
- All data transmission uses industry-standard TLS encryption
- Local data is protected by iOS security features including Face ID/Touch ID
- Regular security audits and updates to protect against vulnerabilities
- No plain-text storage of sensitive information
5. Third-Party Services
Vervi integrates with the following third-party services:
Apple App Store & In-App Purchases
Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple. We receive only anonymized transaction confirmations. Apple's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
Apple Analytics (Optional)
Anonymous crash reports and usage analytics may be shared with Apple to help improve app performance. You can disable this in your device settings.
We carefully vet all third-party services to ensure they meet our privacy standards. Links to their privacy policies are available upon request.

You have complete control over your data:
Access & Export
You can view, export, or share your mood data directly from within the app at any time.
Delete Your Data
You can delete specific journal entries, clear all data, or delete your entire account from the app settings.
Control Notifications
Customize or disable all app notifications through your device settings or app preferences.
Data Portability
Export your mood data in standard formats (JSON, CSV) to use with other wellness apps.
7. Children's Privacy
Vervi is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
For users between 13-17, we recommend parental guidance when using mental health and wellness applications. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
- Notify you through the app or via email (if you've provided one)
- Highlight major changes in our next app update notes
