Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VERVI mobile application ("App"), operated by GrassiOS ("we," "us," or "our"). VERVI is a gamified mood journal and wellness application that helps users track their emotional wellbeing through virtual garden growth and mindfulness features.

By downloading, installing, or using the VERVI app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use VERVI. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

By using VERVI, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the age requirements stated above
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations

VERVI offers both free and premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. During this trial, you'll have access to premium features at no cost. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime by going to your Apple ID settings. For detailed steps, visit our support page or Apple's official cancellation guide.

Refunds

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot process refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or visit their refund request page.

Your journal entries, mood data, and personal content remain yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or share within the App.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your personal data, including mood entries, garden progress, and any other content you create. We store this data securely to provide the App's functionality but do not use it for any purpose other than improving your experience.

Privacy

Your data is private and never shared with third parties. All data is stored locally on your device and backed up securely through iCloud when enabled. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

You may use VERVI for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

Medical Disclaimer

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VERVI at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

You may discontinue use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Your subscription will continue until cancelled through your Apple ID settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain unless you delete the App.

App Availability

VERVI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Data Loss

While we implement security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss. We recommend regularly backing up important information and maintaining your own records of significant entries.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the App or via email when significant changes are made.

Your continued use of VERVI after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
